Terms of buying
Plain English, because that's the only kind I can write. This is a starting point rather than something a lawyer drafted.
What this is
This shop is run by one person. Everything is printed to order, which means nothing exists until you ask for it.
Your order isn't a contract until I confirm it
When you send the order note you're making an offer, not completing a purchase. I come back to you with the total, the postage, and whether everything is in stock. The order is agreed when I confirm it and you pay. If something can't be made, I'll tell you rather than substitute it.
Prices and postage
Prices are in pounds and include VAT where it applies. Postage is £3.50 on orders under £60 and free at £60 and over; I'll tell you the exact figure for where you are before you pay. Prices can change; the price that applies is the one in my confirmation message.
Seasonal stock
Some things are only made in their season, and the shop says so. You can still order out-of-season items — they just take longer, because I order the printing when there's enough to make it worthwhile.
Getting the details right
You're responsible for giving me the right size and the right address. The sizing page exists so this is easy, and I'd rather you asked me first than guessed. If I've made a mistake, that's mine to fix.
The artwork
The character, the paintings and the prints are mine. Buying something gives you a nice hoodie; it doesn't give you the right to reproduce the artwork.
If something goes wrong
See the returns page. Nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer in England and Wales, including under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act.
Changes
I may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one that was here when you ordered.
Questions about any of it? Ask before you order. Discord is yappieze, or the contact page gets to me.
