About

One person and a printer

This is a small shop attached to a small channel. Here is how it actually runs.

She started as a drawing I did to go at the top of a video, and people kept asking where they could get the hoodie. There wasn't one. So I made one, then a tee, then the rest, and it turned into this.

How things are made

Nothing is sitting in a box waiting to be bought. Every piece is printed when you order it, which is why it takes a few days longer than a shop with a warehouse, and why I can offer the sizes and the garments I do without guessing what will sell.

Why there's no card machine

Because printing to order means there's a real chance something is out of stock, and I'd rather tell you before taking your money than refund you after. You send me the order note, I check the stock and the postage, and I come back to you with a total. It costs you one extra message.

The art

Every print is drawn by me, and the character wears a different outfit for each season — the rust cardigan in autumn, the puffer in winter, mint in spring, the vest and sunglasses in summer. The paintings at the top of the shop are hers too.

What I'm not

I'm not a warehouse with a returns department. I'm one person who answers their own messages. That means replies can take a day, and it also means the person you're talking to is the person who made the thing.

If you want to know anything at all before ordering, just ask. Discord is yappieze, or use the contact page. The FAQ covers most of it.
