Mostly about ordering, because it doesn't work the way you'd expect.
There is no card machine on this site. Put what you want in the basket, press send, and it writes out a short order note. Copy it and send it to me on Discord or by email, and I come back to you with the total and whether everything is in stock.
Because everything is printed to order, and I would rather tell you something is out of stock than take your money first and explain later. It costs you an extra message. It saves you a refund.
Everything is printed when you order it, so allow a few days for the printing before it goes out. I will tell you when it has been posted rather than leaving you to wonder.
Yes. Postage is £3.50 on orders under £60 and free at £60 and over, and I will tell you the exact figure for where you are before you pay.
Message me. If it is unworn I will swap it for another size. I would much rather do that than have you quietly put it in a drawer, and the sizing page exists to stop it happening in the first place.
Yes, as long as it has not gone to the printer yet. Message me as soon as you realise. Once it is printed it is yours.
Printed, except the bucket hat, which is an embroidered patch. Printing gets the detail of the artwork; the patch suits the hat better.
Inside out, at 30, and hang it to dry. Do not iron over the print. That is the whole secret.
Some things are seasonal, and the shop says so when they are. If something you want has gone quiet, ask me rather than assuming it is gone for good.
Sometimes. If you want a design on a garment that is not on the shelf, ask and I will tell you whether it is possible.
