How it works
There is no card machine here. Here is what happens instead, and what it costs to post.
Ordering
You put what you want in the basket, press send, and it writes out a short order note. You copy it and send it to me on Discord or by email. Then I come back to you with the total and whether everything's in stock.
It's a bit more back and forth than a normal shop. It also means nothing gets charged for something I can't actually make, which is the part I care about.
Postage
- £3.50 on orders under £60.
- Free at £60 and over.
- I'll tell you the exact figure before you pay, wherever you are.
How long
Everything is printed when you order it, so allow a few days for the printing before it goes out. I'll tell you when it's been posted rather than leaving you to wonder.
Looking after it
- Wash inside out, at 30, with similar colours.
- Don't iron over the print. If you must, iron it inside out and keep the iron moving.
- Tumble drying is what kills prints. Hang it instead and it'll outlast the dryer by years.
If something isn't right
Message me. If I've sent the wrong thing, or the print's gone wrong, that's on me and I'll put it right. I'd rather hear about it than have you quietly put it in a drawer. The returns page has the detail.
Discord is fastest, and it's yappieze. Anything else, the contact page on the main site gets to me too.
